Our hours are Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 10am-4:30pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm, and Sunday we are closed. We recommend calling ahead if you plan to come near closing time so we can make sure someone is available.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Most repairs can be started the same day you drop off your computer. For complex jobs like data recovery or custom PC builds, we may need to keep it overnight, but you can always stop in without an appointment.

What payment methods does SpeedyTech accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Please note there is a 3.5% surcharge on credit and debit card payments. Cash payments avoid this surcharge entirely.

Does SpeedyTech offer free estimates?

We provide estimates after our $40 diagnostic. Once we identify the issue, we give you a clear price before doing any work. You are never obligated to proceed with the repair if the cost does not work for you.

Can you replace a laptop battery?

Does SpeedyTech repair tablets or iPads?

No, we do not repair tablets or iPads. Our focus is on computers only — desktops, laptops, custom builds, and upgrades. This allows us to provide expert-level service on the things we do best.

Does SpeedyTech repair gaming consoles?

We only do HDMI port replacement on gaming consoles like PS5 and Xbox. We do not do other console repairs such as disc drive replacement, motherboard rework, or controller repair. For HDMI port issues, bring your console in and we will give you a quote.

Does SpeedyTech sell computers?

We do not carry pre-built computers for sale off the shelf. However, we build custom PCs to your specifications and can help you source and set up a new laptop or desktop. We also help with setup, data transfer, and software installation on new machines you purchase elsewhere.

Does SpeedyTech do printer repair?

We help with printer connectivity and driver issues as part of computer troubleshooting, but we do not do physical printer repair (broken feeders, ink system issues, etc.). If your printer is not connecting to your computer or network, we can help with that.

Can SpeedyTech recover data from a phone?
